Austin Auto Repair Shop

Frank (of Frank and Sandy’s Family Auto Repair) used to help his dad work on their family’s cars when he was a kid. His dad wasn’t the world’s best mechanic, but he wasn’t the worst.

He spent a lot of time working on those old cars and as a result Frank spent a lot of time being his personal shop assistant. You can tell Frank liked doing everything in dad’s shop (except the cleanup and holding the light for hours on end as dad struggled to install a new starter or alternator).

Later in life Frank’s dad threw up his hands and gave up fixing the family’s newer cars. The cars had become computerized and that meant you needed more advanced training and new scan tools to figure out why the car was being difficult. So off to the car repair shop Dad went when things weren’t working for years to come. That freed up both of their time, but you can tell Frank (and I’m sure his dad) missed working on the cars.

Fast forward to today: If Frank’s dad was still with us, he’d probably be proud of Frank (and his wife Sandy) for opening their Austin Auto Repair Shop and helping customers with their cars and trucks. You can almost envision Frank grinning ear to ear as he showed Dad the cool new tools, advanced diagnostic capabilities of their team, and the cool 5,000 square foot shop they opened over 5 years ago. Dad would probably come by just to check out the new tools (and probably pick Frank’s brain for new ideas on what’s wrong with his car).

Frank says that he does think of dad just about every day when he drives up to the shop. He thinks about how dad would want each and every car repaired. Dad would want it done right. He’d want to make sure the customers were well cared for. He’d want everyone to feel like they were part of the family.

Today, Frank and Sandy’s Family Auto Repair is located at 12406 Technology Blvd in Austin Texas (78727) about ½ mile down from the 183N feeder road (take the Oak Knoll exit). They have plenty of parking and a sparkling new lobby with Emeril’s coffee (and free WiFi). Frank and Sandy are still there (and so is Dad in spirit). The entire team looks forward to meeting you and taking care of you and your family’s vehicles.

As of the last four years has been a lot of problems for entry into foreign territory, I call attention to important aspects for the trip go smoothly.

The Harris County, with its population of 4.1 Million as of US 2010 Harris County Census Vote, this is the perfect  populous and largest city in Texas even compared to cities of United state. Harris County exactly located within Houston–Sugar Land–Baytown. John Richardson Harris who settled yearly (1836) in this area and this is a reason behind the name of this city. The political background of the state is differing from other US regions. The government launched a new wave of its austerity packages, cutting wages and increasing VAT, plus cosmetic measures taken in a climate of political laboratory for academic arrogant and haughty devoid of any contact with the real world, a mainstay in the elitist political class in the Harris county Social Democratic Party, seesaws of political mismanagement that have plagued the country since 80 years.

The potential for tourism in Harris County in Texas has evolved noticeably in recent years. Because of this, the Tourism Department is implementing several actions to help promote this growth and an unforgettable experience for tourists and boost this country’s vocation One is the new pocket guide Travel Cool, released by Ministry of Tourism, with the objective of taking tips to avoid pitfalls and unpleasant surprises during your vacation. Best Euro Holiday Destinations for Winter Sunshine

When it comes to choosing the best beach holiday destinations that Europe has to offer, there are certainly 2 places in particular that stand out from the competition. Tenerife and Gran Canaria are each massively popular in their own right, and are leading the pack when it comes to winter sunshine in Europe. With excellent weather all but guaranteed even in the winter months, each of these great locations attract visitors from Europe’s colder climates throughout the calendar year.

Choosing to holiday in Tenerife during winter is easily achieved as there are so many packages to choose from these days, and with fantastic beaches including the likes of Playa Grande and Playa Las Gaviotas its no surprise why holidaymakers flock to Tenerife. Around the beaches there are also other great attractions such as bars and restaurants to keep the family happy.

However, there are many great positives to holidaying in Gran Canaria during winter. Here the weather and winter temperatures outperform even those of Tenerife, so a good bit of sunshine will always be on the cards. With many great beaches, bars and golf courses to choose from in the area you are certain to never get bored when holidaying in Gran Canaria

Orang Utans of Borneo

Going on a Orang Utan Borneo Tour gives the unique opportunity to encounter a highly endangered primate species.

It has been written plenty of times that there is a connection between cases of deforestation, the possibility of the orangutan’s extinction and the boom in plantation-based production of palm oil. This is because it is important for the people to pull themselves together to find a more effective means to produce palm oil and put an end to Borneo deforestation practices in Indonesia.

Here is an excerpt from Hardi Batiantoro from the Center of Orangutan Protection:

I find lifeless orangutans that have died of starvation. They don’t have food or water. He says that more than ten orangutans suffer and die each day because of deforestation caused by Borneo palm oil production. The situation of the orangutans is very serious. Experts give them only until 2015 to live. The government should be finding ways to help protect them. Instead they are looking to convert more 455,000 of land in Indonesia into more palm-oil production plants.
